1.Exchanges Policy
Non-quality problems In 15 days (from the date products were received).In order to make an exchange, all products must be in original, unworn, dead stock condition, with original packing or you will not qualify for an exchange. Exchanges can only be made if the products were factory defects and/or it was under our mistake.
Unacceptable reasons for exchange are customer chose wrong size/wrong color/wrong style/customer decides no longer wants.
We will exchange if we sent incorrect products or products are factory defective. A 15% Restocking Fee MAY Be Applied To Exchanges Depending On Each Circumstance; It May Be Waived Depending On The Circumstance Of The Order.
2.Returns Policy If you order items from us, the items is not fit you to wear after you receive it, we also can supply you exchange another size, tks, once i received the items you returned, i will resend the items to you again with another size you want, and the return shipping fee you need to pay.
If returning items for a refund, all returned items are subjet to a 15% returning fee, Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
once we received the items you returned, we should charge you 15% of your money as the process fee,left money we will refund you back,tks, we dont supply full refund. Besides, the return shipping fee you also need to pay. tks.
